2018: SHL acquired by investment fund Exponent

2017: Purchase of CEB by Gartner

On April 6, 2017, Gartner, an IT research and consulting firm, announced the completion of its acquisition of CEB. CEB, including all divisions, became Gartner. The total value of the transaction is approximately $3.3 billion.
