For creation of electronic archive of documents, automation of business process of approval of documents and control of receiving from partners of primary documents the management of JSC Gulliver and To trading House made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management.

Selecting a system, considered the following factors:

  • convenience of storage and information search of different type;
  • possibility of independent support of a system;
  • friendly interface;
  • profitable cost.

The 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product meets all these requirements. As the company integrator the data center "1C-Rarus" having wide experience of automation of accounting based on the software products "1C:Enterprise 8" was selected.

Specialists 1C-Rarus offered the customer automation of business process of approval of documents using seamless integration of document flow in "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2.1".

Works were carried out:

  • Preproject inspection, specifications of customer requirements are created
  • Development of new functionality and adaptation of standard functionality is executed
  • By a technology part:
    • Processes of approval of requests for payment, requests for increase in limits of DS, agreements and supplementary agreements are automated.
    • Completion of standard functionality is carried out.

  • Adaptation was carried out according to the requirements recorded in specifications. Initial settings were carried out and the main reference books are transferred.
  • The instruction for work with functionality is developed.

Implementation of the software product allowed to solve such problems as:

  • Office-work;
  • Accounting and document storage;
  • Accounting of agreements.

Processes of approval of requests for payment, requests for increase in a limit, agreements and supplementary agreements are automated.

As a result of use of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product the single database of document storage is provided, time of approval of documents was reduced. Work of users was systematized and disciplined.
