For systematization of accounting and automation of process of approval of documents by the management of Medialogiya LLC the decision on system implementation of electronic document management was made.

Selecting a system, considered the following factors:

• convenience of storage and information search of different type;
• possibility of independent support of a system;
• friendly interface.

As a basis for creation of an information system the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product answering to assigned tasks was selected. As the company integrator the data center "1C-Rarus" having wide experience of automation of accounting based on the software products "1C:Enterprise 8" was selected.

Specialists 1C-Rarus perform the following works:

• Software installation is made;
• The regulating documents are developed;
• The description of the automated processes is created;
• Tuning of a standard configuration according to requirements of the Customer is performed;
• Tuning of access rights is performed;
• Integration with a configuration Enterprise accounting is configured;
• User training is provided;
• Consulting services in work are rendered in an accounting system.

70 jobs are automated. A system is put into commercial operation 2/1/2019.

The Following Functions Were Automated:

• Document flow (ECM)
• Office-work
• Accounting of agreements
• Accounting and document storage

As a result of use of the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP software product the single database of storage and accounting of documents is provided, process of approval and signing of documents is automated. Work of users was systematized and disciplined.
