Coffee shops in Russia implemented the system of face recognition for studying of habits of clients

On November 1, 2019 it became known of the beginning of system testing of face recognition in network of Coffee Truth and OneBucksCoffee coffee shops. Institutions implemented a cloud service of Ivideon Faces to study habits of clients.

Ivideon Faces is able to distinguish new and regular customers, to analyze attendance on days and hours, to determine age, sex and emotions. Using service business will have an opportunity to create lists of visitors (permanent and unwanted), to configure notifications at detection of persons from lists, to look for particular persons in archive and to create detailed reports on target audience.

According to developers, the solution will allow retail and banks to create personal offers for guests and to control work of personnel, and to office spaces — to conduct calculation of employees and a time recording.

Only surveillance cameras which can be any, including old are necessary for work of Ivideon Faces. Using Ivideon Bridge it is possible to connect at the same time up to 16 devices or channels of the video recorder to a cloud. At the same time service prohibits access to viewing records to the staff of data centers where information and also to employees of the companies is stored.

"The coffee truth" tests a system in nine coffee shops, OneBucksCoffee — in four by the beginning of November, 2019. "The coffee truth" decided to use video analytics including because of unpopularity of cards of loyalty at buyers of coffee takeout, told in the company.

Ivideon Faces stands up from 3150 rubles a month for one camera. Cost depends on depth of cloud archive and the number of unique recognizable persons. It is noted that under business needs personal conditions can be created.

The cost of the Ivideon Faces rate with recognition of 500 persons in day will be 4750 rubles a month on one camera at connection for year or 47.5 thousand rubles on 10 cameras.^[1]
