KFC passed to e-document flow through "Diadoc"

2019: Automation of the entering document flow using the EDMS Diadoc

On November 5, 2019 SKB Kontur announced implementation in KFC of an electronic document management system the Diadoc with partners in Russia. Before use of a system all way from creation of the document before receiving the signed copies occupied more than 30 working days. Using the integration solution with the accounting system of JD Edwards exchange of documents and payment of accounts of partners accelerated, at the same time load of employees on document handling decreased by 98%. Transfer of outgoing document flow to an electronic form reduced the term of formation of documents on closing of reporting period to several minutes, expenses on printing, courier services and the maintenance of archive decreased.

On start of the project the decision to implement integration based on the Diadoc connector that allowed to automate processing of documents and creation of archive was made. Active participation in setup and testing was accepted by Financial department of KFC and project office SKB Kontur, and representatives of IT department of KFC gave necessary support. Thanks to operational communication start in commercial operation took place in the shortest possible time, commented Vdovin Maxim, the top manager on development of corporate clients of SKB Kontur

Since first working day of the month following reporting KFC transfers documents to partners online — now partners can reflect them in accounting in the same reporting period. Any adjustments of documents are made in the shortest possible time, noted Anna Fedorova, the head of group of accounting of KFC
