Rosgonka uses electronic document management based on Directum RX

2020: Results of use of Directum RX

On June 1, 2020 the Directum company reported how work of office of the Russian Formuly Route 1 (ANO ROSGONKI) with transition to a particular treatment and what role changed played digital processes Directum RX. It is continued to prepare for Formula 1 stage which should pass at the end of September, 2020. The works connected with the organization of a visit of commands, providing with premises, the equipment are performed, interaction with the western organizers and representatives of commands Goes technical gases, etc. Directum RX helps to cope with all this flow of works. The company uses the cloud version of a management system for digital processes and documents since 2018.

Thanks to Directum RX in ANO ROSGONKI it was succeeded to accelerate approval of agreements, outgoing office letters, internal orders and orders. A system helps with purchasing activity and also is used for acquaintance of employees with internal regulations and control of execution of instructions. For smooth operation of office the majority of corporate data are transferred to the geodistributed cloud services and storages, at the same time data backup is provided. Security of information — one of priorities in work of ANO ROSGONKI therefore services and storages of the company conform to international standards of information security.

As of June, 2020 most of employees are transferred to remote work, many of them use Directum RX, the right to work in a system is at 96 people. Documents acceptance goes generally in electronic form. The CEO uses the strengthened qualified electronic signature (SQES) for signing of electronic documents and a guarantee of their legal importance. In a system document storage is organized, employees interact and exchange documents for read seconds.
