Gazprom Neft increases safety of the transport by means of the specialized software product of the Russian development

2019: Implementation of the software product of the Russian development for ensuring transport security

On November 6, 2019 the SCOUT company - Corporate solutions reported that PJSC Gazprom Neft will increase safety of the transport by means of the specialized software product of the Russian development.

As you know, the oil and gas industry and, in particular, transportation of oil products are connected with the increased danger. With respect thereto in the oil company the Russian telematic system was implemented. Moreover, based on telematics – Gazpromneft Transport, "Gazpromneft Marin the Bunker" and Gazpromneft-Aero – services of the round-the-clock situational center are provided to a number of affiliated enterprises of PJSC Gazprom Neft. His managers receive automatic notifications on different emergency situations and react to them according to the approved instructions.

As a result the mentioned enterprises managed to increase in only one year by 20% a share of the employees who are strictly observing accurate style of driving. In addition cases of parking out of the permitted geozones practically stopped.

Development for the oil company of the specialized software package automating all this process became the next important step. As before, managers of the situational center are instantly notified on accidents, exceeding by drivers of maximum allowable speed and other dangerous operations, operation of the disturbing button, stops in not put places and other deviations. Then operators contact the driver or his management, help to cope with a dangerous situation, if necessary call to the place of an incident the ambulance or other emergency services, at last, fix data retrieveds. Besides, they keep the reporting on the basis of which the recommendations about increase in efficiency and safety of vehicle fleet of specific subsidiary or the enterprise form.

At the same time now all notifications are sent to a single system (SMA). The arrived information at once is brought in an event card with the set regulations of action. For users in a system the clear and user-friendly interface, and for heads – mechanisms of the reporting and evident dashborda for planning and holding tactical actions is implemented. Development will significantly increase the speed of response of the situational center to different road incidents and emergency situations. By our estimates, necessary time on working off of each event, including search of all information and fixing of results, will be reduced, at least, three times. A system was executed taking into account business processes and needs of the user. Besides, it is integrated into difficult infrastructure of PJSC Gazprom Neft and synchronized with other tools used in the company, in particular – with external weather service. At the same time the design capacity of a system is 5 thousand vehicles.
