"Wheel" automates the main activities

In network of the tire centers "Koleso" (St. Petersburg) the implementing solution "1C: Trade Management" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform is complete. The project is executed by SoftBalance company. In a project deliverable in a single system seven retail stores, a warehouse and intenet-shop work. The project is executed in two months, 70 jobs are automated.

Before implementation of a new information system in the company there were following problems: the used accounting system did not cope with the increased information volume, account was kept in separate information bases, the used technology platform did not allow to expand possibilities of analytical accounting. Besides, for start of online store its integration with an information system of the company was required.

In a project deliverable the main activities of the company were automated: management of retail, discount system, online store.

The discount program is used by more than 150 thousand clients – owners of discount cards. All information on buyers is consolidated in a new system that allows to increase efficiency of the discount program and also to make marketing actions address.

Content management of online store is transferred to the general information base. As a result information is once entered into "1C: Trade Management" and then synchronized with the website of the company. It allowed to accelerate data-refresh on the website and to cut down expenses on its support. Unloading of data in the system of the financial accounting "1C: Accounting 8" is implemented. It gave an opportunity to avoid routine transactions when forming accounting records and to increase efficiency of activity of staff of the company.
