2023: Red OS Compatibility

Nexign and RED SOFTWARE have confirmed the compatibility of Nexign software products designed to support the work of Russian telecom operators with the Russian operating system RED OS. The Nexign Network Monetisation Suite helps operators deliver and monetize a wide range of converged services, such as pre, post and hybrid fee schemes and charging scenarios, fixed and mobile services, offers for business and individuals, as well as complex strategies using proprietary and third-party partner offers that create the basis for the digital transformation of the business model.

Nexign Network Monetisation Suite Architecture:

Solution functions for November 2019:

  • Policy and charging rules function (PCRF) - policy management in the mobile operator network.
  • Online and offline charging system (OCS/OFCS) - charging and balance monitoring in real time mode.
  • Authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA) - management of QoS policies in fixed and broadband access network.
  • User data repository (UDR) is a network 3GPP module with the function of storing user data, policy and service attributes.
  • RAN concentration awareness function (RCAF) is a 3GPP network function that provides PCRF with user plane overload status from RAN.
  • Service capability exposure function (SCEF) - information on service capabilities and available network resources.
  • Packet flow description function (PFDF) - store PFDs associated with application identifiers and send to PCEF.
