Biography

Andrey Viktorovich Korneev, PhD Econ., head of analytical center of problems of energy security of Institute of the USA and Canada RAS. The author over 200 scientific publications on economic problems of a power raw complex of the USA. The associate director of the Center of the international business and regional development of the Russian Academy of National Economy and public service in 1990-2015, the associate professor, teaches training courses at the State academic University of the humanities in Moscow since 2000. The author of a number of chapters of the textbook "Economy of the USA" in "The international relations" for universities. It is included in structure of the Federal register of experts of the scientific and technical sphere of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, also the University Alliance SAP CIS is accredited in the IBM Academic Initiative programs, is the associated expert of the Swiss corporation Von Essen Consulting SA, Geneva, Switzerland. The member of the expert advisory board on problems of the international power cooperation of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the scientific expert of a technology platform "An intelligent electrical power system of Russia" since 2010.
