3D - the scanner of capital software developer and producer of professional three-dimensional scanners is set in the Portuguese scientific park of the region of Aveiro. On November 22, 2019 reported about it in Texel company.

Compact 3D - the Texel Portal scanner allows to receive the color copy of the person to the utmost in 90 seconds. The three-dimensional digital model can be used for the subsequent 3D - printing or integration into other services. The scanner requires the minimum participation of the person — it is necessary just to be registered in a system, having entered a name and e-mail to which the link on 3D - the copy will come.

As Sergey Klimentyev, the director of business development of Texel company told, during creation of the three-dimensional scanner specialists automated everything that it was possible to simplify or charge to electronics: scanning, data processing, creation of a 3D model and preparation it to production. At the same time capacity of the equipment makes 17 — 40 people per hour.

In the nearest future partners from Portugal will start three-dimensional scanning at several schools, thus, in final albums there will be not just normal photos for memory, and 3D - pictures. The scanner from Texel provides realness of model for 100%, providing at the same time the accuracy of a color rendition and saving features of anthropometry of each person — Sergey Klimentyev noted.

Also in long-term plans at the Portuguese colleagues — installation of the scanner in the truck and creation of mobile studio of scanning.
