2018: Implementation 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP

Increase in effective management of personnel and also ensuring information support of business processes were project objectives.

Company management of PJSC Moscow Exchange (MICEX-RTS) it was decided to use product 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 CORP

The RG-Soft company acted as the contractor of implementation.

During the carried-out works the following functions were executed:

• a system in 20 workplaces is automated;
• necessary initial settings are made.

The program allows to solve problems of implementation of the HR policy of the enterprise and comprehensive personel assessment at the modern level, correctly and quickly to process information on a status of personnel of the enterprise and to give the qualitative and informative conclusions about employees abilities on its basis, to plan training, development and career, to make the justified management decisions.

A system is accepted in commercial operation since 1/22/2018.
