TerraDocs for SharePoint is the solution for management of documents and control of execution of instructions it was developed by TerraLink company. The previous version intended for integration with Microsoft Office SharePoint® Server 2007, enriching it with functions, widespread in the Russian office-work, provided to the enterprises the instrument of effective management of processes of documentary activity.


The solution provides convenient storage and document retrieval, increases efficiency of control of execution of instructions, accelerates processes of approval of documents, does joint work of employees by more productive and also helps to reduce terms of preparation of the reporting and to increase its quality.

Main systems capabilities:

  • the support of the main types of business documentation (entering and outgoing correspondence, agreements, organizational and administrative documentation, memos);
  • creation of documents based on templates;
  • automatic and manual document registration;
  • automation of filling of fields of cards of documents;
  • support of the connected documents;
  • access rights on the basis of roles and user groups;
  • the built-in processes of approval and processing for the majority of document types;
  • management of instructions (execution control, delegation);
  • automatic notifications of users by e-mail;
  • attributive and context search;
  • automatic moving of ancient documents to archive;
  • reporting under workflows.

Estimated cost of the workflow system TerraDocs is calculated from 3 indicators:

  • the cost of user licenses on access to TerraDocs,
  • cost of licenses of products of Microsoft,
  • implementation cost.

The cost of licenses of TerraDocs is inversely proportional to quantity of jobs.


In March, 2010 the Terralink company announced version 1.3.1. Enterprise TerraDocs for SharePoint - a product for management of documents and control of execution of instructions on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server platform.

During economy of corporate expenses of TerraDocs it is interesting not only to the companies which only think of automation of the business processes and select the platform, but also to those organizations which are already actively used by Microsoft SharePoint. Experience of product introduction in a number of the Russian companies for the last year once again proved to specialists of TerraLink that at the moment in the market there is demand on universal, easy the solution on the organization of document flow.

Upgraded version of TerraDocs contains a number of improvements of the fixed functions providing:

  • storage and document retrieval;
  • control of execution of instructions;
  • joint work of employees.

In the new version following features are implemented:

  • the reporting system allowing to build now selections both according to documents, and on the tasks connected with these documents is processed;
  • the loader of data on an organization structure allowing to load information from different databases, and not just from the Active Directory is added;
  • the feature directly from the menu of properties of the document to create hierarchies of the tasks and instructions connected with documents in a system or with other instructions is added.

As the head TerraDocs of TerraLink company Yakimchuk Sergey noted: "The release of version 1.3.1 is for us a special event. This version, perhaps, will become the last, working only at the SharePoint Server 2007 platform. Issuing it now, we release resources for testing and debugging of the code developed under the SharePoint 2010 platform".
