2019: Development of the system of calibration of the camera
As TAdviser knew in November, 2019, specialists of Systems of Computer Vision company (enters into LANIT Group) developed a calibration system of the camera (cameras) in several scenarios of positioning of the camera for recovery of a 3D model of a part.
On production as the controller of a step of the pipeline the special device which tasks include recognition and reconstruction of a part is used. This device uses the optical method including a set of cameras, manipulators for cameras, the computer and a software module. Creation of a 3-Dmodela is necessary for determination of orientation of a part and identification of defects of products which are on the pipeline.
Specialists of Systems of Computer Vision company implement a calibration system of internal parameters of the camera with the subsequent calculation of external parameters of all system of cameras. The device supports several scenarios of positioning of the camera: one camera mounted on the manipulator; several cameras fixed around the device.
