2019: A project startup on digitalization of technology processes
On November 28, 2019 reported to JSC ER-Telecom Holding that together with "Agro-industrial complex "Krasava" (Perm Krai) started the project on digitalization of technology processes of the agricultural enterprises based on network of industrial Internet of Things (IoT).
Agricultural machinery of the Krasava complex (loaders, tractors, the harvest equipment and so forth) were equipped with the IoT-trackers controlling location of transport. It allowed to optimize movement of vehicles across the enterprise territory. Existence of sensors excluded cases of inappropriate use of the equipment.
In buildings of agricultural complex the solution on collection of information from metering devices of energy resources in real time was implemented. Data integration of technologies allows not just to optimize workflows, but also to increase profitability of operating activities of the enterprise.
On tanks of time storage of products of Krasava agroholding the wireless IoT-sensors controlling up-to-date data on the volume of the shipped milk and compliance to regulations were installed. In addition, in a zone of shipment of products the video surveillance system allowing to monitor online actions of personnel was placed.
Based on the first month of operation of the implemented innovative solutions performance of the enterprise increased by 20%.
