Rosmobayl

History

The Rosmobayl company is founded in 2005 by merge of groups of the legal entities owning different corporate rates. For the purpose of acquisition of advantageous conditions from mobile operators and for convenience of management of numbers the Rosmobayl corporation integrated a subscriber base and continued to develop services in connection to corporate rates of the third-party companies and individuals. It gave the chance in short time to expand a subscriber base and traffic. In the investigation the company achieved profitable discounts and started vigorous promotion of corporate rates for mass market, at the same time improving service of subscribers.

In 2009 Rosmobayl company, having stopped being the normal large customer of telecom operators, signed agency agreements with them, having become the official representative on connection to special (not only corporate) to communication rates. Improving tariff solutions, the company cared also for official service of subscribers, being subject to new requirements and the conditions of operators.

In the 2009-2010th. the main terms of service of subscribers were entered and improved:

• round-the-clock call-center
• special actions and discounts to permanent subscribers
• service and legal service
• new communication services, including virtual and sip-telephony

In 2011 the company began to develop regional sales and now is provided more than in 50 regions of Russia.

• In 2011 the company became the federal agent of MTS.
• In 2012 the company became the federal agent Beeline.
• In 2014 the company became the federal agent Megafon.
• In 2015 the company became the federal agent of Tele2.

In 2014 the company carried out reorganization of a system of sales having created vertically managed company with head office in Moscow.
