2019: Recertification audit of SMK according to ISO 9001:2015
In October, 2019 the WiseAdvice company underwent the fifteenth recertification audit. It was carried out by representatives of the accredited certified society DNV GL – service provider of classification, certification, verification and training.
In 2019 WiseAdvice became one of 10 companies franchisees which received the next full certification on project services. Independent assessment of quality management of WiseAdvice from DNV GL guarantees to clients of the company and 1C company that in WiseAdvice really working and productive quality management system completely conforming to requirements of the standard is implemented.
Full certification on project services in the environment of 1C: Enterprise according to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 demonstrates that the WiseAdvice company is capable not only to maintain quality of each service or a product at the level meeting customer requirements but also to prevent possible falling of the set quality level and also to constantly optimize it. Such services of WiseAdvice as development of methodological business process models and regulations, the choice of optimal software products for achievement of goals of projects and their sale, design and development of automated systems, sale of instruments of migration (and exchange) data, preparation and user training, input of systems in operation, consulting support, the subsequent maintenance of the implemented automation systems conform to ISO 9001:2015.
The selected control service of quality of WiseAdvice monitors quality of implementation at each stage of the project and also maintains stability of the product quality and services meeting customer requirements and also statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements.
WiseAdvice is going and to develop further a quality management system on the basis of the ISO 9001 model, being focused on effectiveness of processes, for achievement of effective objectives.
2018: Certification audit of SMK according to ISO 9001:2015
On January 11, 2018 the Wiseadvice company (Intelis-Avtomatization LLC) underwent certification audit on compliance of a quality management system to the international standard ISO 9001:2015. During audit noncritical discrepancies on which the company carried out corrective actions were revealed. The certificate of conformity of N251605-2017-AQ-MCW-FINAS is received.
As certifying authority DNV GL - the independent classification and certified society founded in 1864 and entering the five of authoritative international certified societies was selected.
2004: The first certification audit
Cooperation of WiseAdvice with DNV GL began at the end of 2004 when the company underwent the first certification audit.
