Was born on August 30, 1970 in Fryazino of the Moscow region. In 1993 with the diploma with honors graduated from Faculty of Physical and Quantum Electronics (FFKE) of MIPT.
Came to ICT journalism in 1994. Alexander worked as the senior editor in magazines of Network, "Networks and Communication Systems" and "Magazine of Network Solutions / LAN". Alexander stood at the origins of the organization of the first conferences on subject of DPCs in Russia.
In January, 2018 held a post of the chief content officer of ICKX-HOLDING Ltd.
