In Evroinvest investment company the implementation project of the solution Oracle CRM On Demand is complete. As the partner in implementation the Softline Solutions company is attracted.

The Evroinvest investment company was founded in the fall of 2008 for the purpose of the offer to investors of the effective solutions answering to new market situation. The company performs broker, dealer, depository activity, the securities management and also makes the commodity futures and option transactions in exchange trade.

Implementation of the CRM system was implemented for the purpose of formation of the uniform customer base, tracking of all history of customer interaction; automation of sales process and creation of a uniform planning cycle, execution and control of activity of Department of Sales; distinguishings of powers and control over agent activities on sales; formations of different operations and analytical reports on profitability, profitability and value of clients.

After the analysis of CRM solutions of different vendors the company made the decision on the choice of Oracle CRM on Demand – the application including both operational, and analytical CRM. This solution is delivered according to the SaaS model and does not require software installation from the client – the functionality of a system is available via the Internet.

The project is implemented in three weeks. Examination of processes of customer relation was during this time conducted, the main requirements to a system are collected, configuring and training is provided, the work documentation is prepared. In a project deliverable sales process at the client is completely automated.
