The Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Far East branch of Khabarovsk has a Neuroniq electronic queue system with a preliminary record and a service quality assessment system. This Technology of the Future was reported on February 12, 2024. For more comfortable access to services, a dual-monitor Duo TNR-30/1-21.5-F terminal was installed, equipped with 2 21.5-inch touch monitors and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. This terminal has a redundant touch screen at the optimal height, which makes it convenient for use by people traveling in wheelchairs, and fully meets the requirements of the state program "Accessible Environment."

Also, for visitors to the branch, a service quality assessment system is now available using the RQN-5U remote control, which is connected to the computer via a USB port and has 5 buttons for assessment. This system allows customers to actively influence the quality of the services provided and enables the administration to more effectively monitor and improve the work of the department.

Within the framework of the installed system, the program modules were included: "Administrator servers," "Registrar," "Alert Room," "Hall Administrator" and "Electronic Scoreboard," which allow you to effectively organize work with the queue and provide maximum comfort to customers. The installation of an electronic queue system with an appointment and a service quality assessment system in the Khabarovsk branch is one of the company's steps in improving the level of service and a modern approach to working with customers.

2019: NeuroniQ Electronic Queue Implementation

On December 10, 2019, the Technologies of the Future announced the implementation of a project to equip the Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Far East service office (Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk) with an electronic queue of the NeuroniQ system.

To create an accessible environment for people with disabilities and people with limited mobility, an electronic NeuroniQ DUO queue terminal with two touch screens was installed in the office. In addition, the NeuroniQ Quality Quality Assessment System was introduced. This system allows the company's management to monitor the level of satisfaction of office visitors, take measures to improve the service and develop motivational measures for the organization's employees.
