2022: Inclusion in the list of innovative, high-tech products and technologies
On July 15, 2022, the Commission for the Determination of Innovative, High-Tech Products and Technologies (IVP) decided to comply with the Criteria for classifying products as innovative, high-tech products and technologies and to include the Neuroniq intelligent system in the List of IVPs - Virtual Electronic Queue. This was announced on August 11, 2022 by the Technology of the Future company.
The list of innovative, high-tech products and technologies is formed in order to provide customers with purchases of innovative and high-tech products by the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the city of Moscow.
According to the Regulation on the Procurement System of the City of Moscow, approved by the Decree of the Government of Moscow dated 19.07.2019 No. 899-PP "On the Procurement System of the City of Moscow," city customers should proceed from the priority of providing state and municipal needs by purchasing innovative and high-tech products in the amount of at least 5% of the total annual volume of purchases.
The criteria for compliance of the products and technologies of the TTI are:
- Product novelty
- Economic effect of the product sale
- Potential for use in urban economy
- High technological level
The Neuroniq virtual electronic queue fully meets all the criteria and solves the problems of automating the management of visitor flows in the urban economy: for enterprises and organizations of consumer services of the population, trade and catering, social security organizations, educational and educational institutions, health care organizations, etc.

Presentation of NeuroniQ Box electronic queue system
On July 14, 2020, the Technologies of the Future company presented the NEURONIQ BOX electronic queue system.
To improve the quality of service, many government, financial and medical organizations use a queue management system. This software and hardware complex automates the queue distribution process, contributes to increasing customer satisfaction with the service, increasing competitiveness and improving the efficiency of the organization as a whole.
However, not every company has enough space to accommodate equipment - touch terminal, information boards. In addition, implementation requires time and training of personnel.
NEURONIQ BOX was developed to improve the quality of reception and service for visitors everywhere.
NEURONIQ BOX is an autonomous electronic queue system designed to serve visitors by a maximum of 10 operators. Registration in the queue is carried out from the smart terminal. Information about visitors' calls is displayed on an LED TV. The operator can use a mobile device as a workstation, for example, his own tablet or smartphone. The equipment interacts via Wi-Fi.
The system is quickly deployed, has a simple, intuitive interface. Setup does not require much qualification.

Presentation of Neuroniq OnLine Trade Visit Planning and Booking System
On May 22, 2020, Technologies of the Future introduced the Neuroniq OnLine system for trading.
In connection with the recommendation Rospotrebnadzor on social distancing, retail companies trade began to limit the number of buyers in trading floors. Which led to long queues outside stores.
The solution to this problem is the implementation of the NEURONIQ OnLine visit planning and booking system. The NEURONIQ OnLine pre-recording software module is specially designed for customers to independently select the time of visit and for automatic sending of SMS passes. Customers are thus able to freely manage their time instead of waiting long in front of the mall.
Features of NEURONIQ OnLine:

NEURONIQ OnLine Operating Principle
1. There are two ways to access the Preauthorization Form:
- pressing the corresponding button in the announcement of the visiting mode posted on the organization's website;
- scanning the barcode located at the entrance to the trading floor, next to the announcement of the visiting mode.
2. The client goes to the appointment page on the company's website and selects the branch of the shopping center of interest to him.
3. Next, the client chooses a convenient date and time for visiting the store. The capacity of time intervals is calculated based on the area of the premises of the trading floor and the average indicator of the buyer's presence in the hall. This also takes into account the number of escorts.
4. The customer enters their contact details and clicks the "Register" button.
5. The screen displays information about the date and time of the appointment, as well as the contact information of the shopping center selected by the customer. The specified mobile phone number receives an SMS message with confirmation of registration.
6. 15 minutes before the start of the time slot, an SMS pass is sent, which must be presented at the entrance to the shopping center. An employee of the company, if there is a maximum number of buyers on the sales floor, may temporarily refuse to visit. Or, if other clients do not appear, allow entry of previously reserved time.
The functions of NEURONIQ OnLine can be enhanced by the use of automatic control of access and location in the shopping center, information system and call of customers. To obtain feedback, it is possible to collect statistical information and provide information reports containing preliminary record data, contact information, as well as the status of receiving the service (appeared/did not appear).

On May 4, 2017, the Technologies of the Future company announced the release of software for implementation in the halls of cafes, fast food restaurants - an electronic queue with functionality adapted to the specifics of the restaurant business.
Algorithm of the system operation: the guest can independently select dishes for ordering on the touch menu of the screen and observe the preparation on the information board in the waiting area. The ticket number with information about the order, printed at the terminal for the visitor, is simultaneously duplicated into the kitchen and the cook can start cooking without losing time.
Using the software will help unload the cash area from the live queue.
Neuroniq
On April 26, 2017, the Technologies of the Future company announced the development of technology through which a visitor can track the state of his queue through a smartphone.
The convenience of using queue management systems has been replenished with the ability to inform the client about his position in the queue: the refinement of the Neuroniq electronic queue system provided the ability to track the status of the queue using a smartphone.
In order not to miss the assigned service time, it is necessary to read the QR code from the registration card and go to the page - an analogue of the main information board in the institution.
The visitor can observe the real picture of the movement of his ticket number online, being in any place convenient for him.
2016: Inclusion in the software register
NEURONIQ software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases under No. 354 (Order of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of Russia of 08.04.16). The main objectives of the Complex are:
- replacement of the existing service system based on the "live" queue, which does not provide the possibility of comprehensive information and analytical support for the processes listed above;

- implementation of modern requirements for the quality of service to taxpayers;
- administration of taxpayer flows depending on the services received;
- implementation of a comprehensive approach to the organization of taxpayer reception, development of uniform requirements for the quality of taxpayer reception in all inspections;
- ensuring a uniform approach to the scope of services provided to taxpayers in the operating rooms/inspection rooms, which should be available to taxpayers in the Complex;
- ensuring prompt monitoring of the process of receiving and servicing taxpayers and collecting statistical information;
- substantiation of organizational and standard measures based on the results of analysis of statistical data of the Complex, on the load per employee and on the work of the inspection as a whole;
- achievement of the established indicator of the annual assessment by taxpayers of the performance of the heads of territorial tax authorities.
All equipment of the Complex meets the requirements for functional characteristics (consumer properties), technical characteristics of equipment, quality and safety of equipment specified in the technical assignment of the auction documentation.
2015: NeuroniQ Queue
NeuroniQ Queue (Queue Management System) is a set of equipment and software that allows you to streamline the reception of visitors, get rid of "live" queues, as well as solve the problem of accounting and increasing personnel productivity.
