"RBS" automated operational accounting

In the RBS company which is engaged in rendering services the project of automation of operational accounting and managerial tasks based on the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product is complete. The project is executed by 1C-Rarus company.

In a project deliverable the following directions of business activities of the company are automated: customer relationship management, sales management, purchase management, price analysis and management of price policy, management of warehouse stocks, cash management, accounting of commercial costs, accounting of the VAT, monitoring and efficiency analysis of a trading activity.

The information system allows to register not only the perfect, but also planned economic transactions. The program automates execution of almost all primary documents of a trade and inventory control and also documents of cash flow. In a system functions of accounting from maintaining reference books and input of primary documents before obtaining different analytical reports are implemented.

Implementing solution allowed to increase company performance due to automation of routine transactions. Account is kept in real time that promotes operational preparation of information for decision making. Using a system a common information space is created, accurate interaction of divisions is organized.
