Svetlana Skvortsova was born in Moscow. In 1998 graduated from faculty of foreign languages and regional studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1997 was trained in the State University of California (USA) according to the Information system management and Public relations programs. In 2006 gained the Honours degree of business school of the University of Coventry (Great Britain) according to the Telecom Management program.
Before arrival to Tele2 Russia Svetlana Skvortsova worked more than 10 years in Ericsson company where was responsible for business development and promotion of new telecommunication technologies in the markets of Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Svetlana joined the Tele2 Russia command in August, 2010, having headed Department on strategy and development within directorate in strategic planning, interaction with state bodies and legal support. Under the leadership of Svetlana process of strategic analysis was developed and let into the companies, the long-term forecasting model of business is developed, projects on planning of cycles of organizational strategy are successfully implemented.
Since July, 2012 Svetlana Skvortsova takes a position of the director of strategic planning of Tele2 Russia.
