2019: Start of the platform for employment of people with disabilities
On December 16, 2019 the VimpelCom company reported that the inclusive social entrepreneurial Everland project with support Beeline started the online platform for professional training and the subsequent employment of specialists with different types of disability in all Russia.
According to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation for December, 2019, in Russia about 12 million people with disabilities. According to the statistics Everland, from them is in working-age 4.2 million people, 95% from them have no compliance to professional requirements of employers. Annually more than 8500 students with disability graduate from higher education institutions and SUZOV. Due to various reasons only 28% are employed and work at least within 4 months, 16% would like to work if for this purpose there were conditions or they would have the skills allowing to work far off.
The platform consists of four elements: testing and assessment of motivation, "pumping" of professional skills, test tasks with the curator and the subsequent employment. The initial stage reveals the real professional grade and specifics of communication of the specialist with disability by two-level testings and interviews. The pumpings model of knowledge is conducted is most customized and considers features of disability – on hearing, sight, restrictions on the speech and motility. The subsequent stages assume work on the real tasks arriving from individuals and corporations and also collecting a portfolio and an exit to public market of work.
Start of development of the platform it was announced in March, 2019. For December, 2019 175 people with disabilities, the most part – citizens of Russia, about a quarter – citizens of the CIS countries are already registered. By the end of 2020, by estimates of organizers, the number of participants will reach about 1000 people. Among the professions provided on the platform – text and video content, PR specialists, graphic and web designers, web developer, lawyers. All these professions are demanded in the market and allow to work far off. The BeeFree format (remote work) practice the Russian and foreign companies focusing the attention on operational efficiency, observance work&life balance of employees and quality improvement of life through modern HR- and IT technologies more and more. Obviously, for a large number of professionals with disability existence of this format of work and readiness of corporations to invest the technologies and examination in training of specialists, selecting remote employment, can become a starting point in solution of the problem of demand of their skills.
According to the developer, distinctive feature of the platform – systemacity and the sequence of solution of the problem of employment of specialists with disability: each of blocks is configured on support and pumping of both the professional, and personal qualities necessary for work in perspective digital professions.
Everland cooperates with Higher education institutions and Susa, signing agreements on joint training of specialists from a student's bench. A problem of similar partnership – the most operational and barrier-free integration of the university graduate with disability in society and faster transition to an opportunity to independently provide itself it is material.
According to the statement of the developer, the age or type of disability is not important for integration into Everland – in the project there are people with total deafness and a blindness, violations of the speech, motility, movement problems. Digital technologies allow to work far off and to form a team for the project in different geographical points. Start of the platform professional online of training of specialists solves with disability several problems at once. For applicants opportunities change of the social status, improvement of financial position, overcoming dependant installations and eventually big social security will become the most obvious.
For business it, first of all, development of new niches and directions of service, participation in creation of the market of adaptive products and services and also receiving unique examination regarding employment of people with disabilities and the HR solutions adapted for them, consider in VimpelCom. For the state it is an opportunity to use the potential of people with disabilities in national economy, change of a situation with employment, increase in demand for development of service and the actual change of problems of an educational system.

In addition to the directions of employment, usual for the market, within the Everland platform are started and also the special services considering unique examination of people with disabilities are planned to start. For example, testing of the websites and mobile applications of business for availability to people with restrictions of the speech and motility.
