The Ulyanovsk points of holding examinations will process the USE forms on the Xerox WorkCentre MFP

On December 17, 2019 it became known of what Institute of development of education of the Ulyanovsk region bought 470 monochrome laser MFP Xerox WorkCentre 3335 for equipment of the points of holding examinations (PHE) Ulyanovsk and Ulyanovsk region. It will allow to print and scan the USE forms in examination audiences, reducing risk of falsification and substitution of answers.

Since 2020, forms and control and measuring materials for the USE will be printed in audiences of PPE. After collecting of ready works filled forms will be scanned in the same premises. All this will help to prevent a juggling of results at a Unified State Examination and to simplify work of organizers of examination.

To implement this approach, the regional Institute of development of education held open auction among suppliers of the printing equipment. According to the results of tender organization selected Xerox WorkCentre 3335 thanks to an optimal ratio of cost and characteristics.

The USE period — hard time not only for school students, but also for those who holds examinations. Therefore we tried to make organizational work as much as possible convenient. Thanks to the MFP installation there was an opportunity to print and scan forms in the same premises where there takes place certification, considerably reducing time of holding examination. This technology completely excludes a possibility of making changes in forms of answers after the end of examinations. Xerox WorkCentre 3335 MFPs well are suitable for such task. These devices were already used in PPE in the territory of the Ulyanovsk region and remarkably proved. Within the Institute of Development of Education project bought 470 Xerox WorkCentre 3335 MFPs — on one for each examination audience. Delivery of devices was executed by the platinum partner of Xerox — Smart Group company.

At examinations low quality of documents and sudden breakdowns of the MFP are absolutely unacceptable: it is important to select devices which will not bring at the most inappropriate moment. Therefore we suggested to use Xerox WorkCentre 3335 MFPs which combine the latest developments and high performance with reliability, profitability and simplicity of management.
