Xerox WorkCentre 6515

Xerox WorkCentre 6515 is the color MFP.

On January 19, 2017 the Xerox company started the color Xerox WorkCentre 6515 MFP. Thanks to performance, printing quality and support of mobile and cloud computing the device completely meets the requirements of the modern companies of small and medium business.

It is easy for Xerox WorkCentre 6515 to configure, and by default it has means of performance improvement, such as duplex printing and bilateral scanning for one pass. The MFP is equipped with the 5-inch touch screen with the interface usual for owners of tablet computers. Thanks to the intuitive system of navigation and the built-in applications, on the MFP screen it is possible to browse previously scan region, to edit images and to build processing of documents according to requirements of the company. Trays up to 850 sheets and a fine EA toner help to provide the increased performance.

2016: Xerox WorkCentre 3335/3345

WorkCentre 3335/3345 are monochrome laser MFPs of A4 format.

On September 22, 2016 the Xerox company provided monochrome laser MFPs of A4 Xerox WorkCentre 3335/3345 format. Devices are focused on use at small and medium offices.

The Xerox WorkCentre 3335 MFP prints with a speed of 33 pages per minute. Xerox WorkCentre 3345 — 40 MFP of pages per minute. Resolution of printing is up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. Optical resolution of scanning is up to 600 x 600 dpi.

WorkCentre 3335/3345, (2016)

The Xerox WorkCentre 3335 MFP replaced in a line of Xerox WorkCentre 3315, the Xerox WorkCentre 3345 MFP is created to replace the Xerox WorkCentre 3325 model. Devices are characterized by the available cost of a print, separate architecture of supplies and a toner cartridges with a capacity of 15 thousand pages. Both MFPs in a basic complete set function as the printer, the copier, the scanner and the fax^[1].

Amount of memory is 1.5 GB, the power of the processor is 1 GHz. Output speed of the first print of 6.5 pages of the Xerox WorkCentre 3335 MFP supports the maximum monthly load of 50 thousand pages, the Xerox WorkCentre MFP of 3345 — 80 thousand pages. In a basic equipment the capacity of trays of giving of the MFP of 300 sheets. It is possible to load 550 sheets into an optional tray in addition.

Xerox WorkCentre 3335 is equipped with the automatic feeder on 50 sheets. The Xerox WorkCentre 3345 MFP has the reverse automatic feeder of similar capacity.

Xerox WorkCentre 3335/3345 MFPs in a basic complete set can be connected to corporate network by means of USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi. Printing from mobile devices by means of AirPrint Apple, is supported by Google Cloud Print, Xerox Print Service and Mopria. It is possible to print the document from the USB drive or from "cloud". Wireless mobile printing in one contact on the basis of NFC technology is optionally available.

Xerox WorkCentre 3335/3345 MFPs can transfer the digitized documents to the computer or the network folder, send them to e-mail or save on the USB drive.

At document transfer on any MFP channel protect them from unauthorized access by means of security technologies as a part of which IPsec, SNMPv3, filtering of the IP addresses and the protected printing.

The Xerox WorkCentre 3335/3345 MFP and the Xerox Phaser 3330 printer have all necessary qualities demanded in the small and medium working groups. Xerox WorkCentre 5945/5955

On November 27, 2014 the Xerox company brought to the Russian market monochrome MFPs of A3 Xerox WorkCentre 5945/5955 format on the Xerox ConnectKey platform.

New Xerox WorkCentre 5945/5955 MFPs print with a speed up to 45 and 55 pages per minute respectively, providing high quality of the monochrome image at the expense of permission 1200 x 1200 dpi. Trays of paper feed contain up to 4700 sheets, the central output tray with shift contains in itself up to 400 sheets. MFPs have function of single-pass duplex scanning with a speed up to 200 images per minute, allowing clicking of one button easily and to quickly send the digitized documents for e-mail, to save them on the computer or in "cloud", according to the preset settings.

Thanks to the integrated Xerox ConnectKey platform users can send tasks for the Xerox WorkCentre 5945/5955 MFP from computers, portable devices, websites, USB drives and cloud services. At the same time the Xerox Mobile Print and AirPrint Apple applications allow to print safely almost from any mobile device on any MFP, irrespective of the producer, underlined in the company. Thanks to technology of Xerox of EIP (Xerox Extensible Interface Platform) support of these and other additional functions is implemented in new devices without the need for creation of special IT infrastructure.

In addition to it in the Xerox WorkCentre 5945/5955 MFP the modern type of an EA toner with which any user will be able to replace cartridges is applied. It increases durability of devices and reduces the involvement of employees into their service, allowing business to focus on accomplishment of profile tasks, noted in Xerox. To help the companies to avoid information leaks and other security risks, Xerox WorkCentre 5945/5955 developers integrated McAfee technology which provides access to devices only to authorized users into the MFP.

Thanks to the Xerox ConnectKey platform new MFPs are equipped with additional functions and applications, including for mobile printing and data protection which help to create a comfortable, safe environment for production and exchange of electronic and paper documents.

Xerox WorkCentre 5022/5024

In September, 2014 Xerox started Xerox WorkCentre 5022/5024: wide functionality in a basic complete set, simplicity and availability.

These available, simple in use, productive and compact models with function of color scanning and low cost of a print will help the companies of small and medium business to cut down expenses on printing and more effectively to use office space. MFPs provide the high processing speed of documents and allow the organizations to save, making high-quality printed materials by own forces. For customers who will purchase devices until the end of October, 2014 Xerox carries out the special action "Year of Printing as a Gift".

High-performance Xerox WorkCentre 5022/5024 MFPs in new compact design provide a print speed to 22 (Xerox WorkCentre 5022) and 24 pages per minute (Xerox WorkCentre 5024). In a basic complete set of the MFP have the full-color scanner with the resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and the high-capacity duplex automatic feeder to 110 sheets. Also devices can be equipped in addition with inexpensive options of network printing / network scanning and the fax. At acquisition of Xerox WorkCentre 5022/5024 until the end of October, 2014 customers receive a free annual stock a toner cartridges to each device. The resource of a cartridge is equal 9,000 pages, therefore at the average monthly amount of printing in 2,000 - 2,500 pages of three free cartridges will last for the whole year of printing. Devices support format materials from B5 to A3 and density from 60 to 216 g/m2. Time of an output of the first page when copying from glass of exposure does not exceed 7.2 seconds. At the connected optional function of network scanning the processed electronic versions of documents can go by e-mail and be transferred to computers of employees for recognition in the ABBYY FineReader program which is included in the standard delivery of the device and allows to edit easily scanned documents. Besides, the functionality of Xerox WorkCentre 5022/5024 can be expanded at the expense of a fax option with a possibility of acceptance and transfer of bilateral documents of a format to A3. Sending the fax can be performed both from the device, and by means of the computer with the set driver.

The Xerox WorkCentre 5022/5024 MFP has the new interactive user interface which opens simple access to such settings as size variation and brightness of the document, the choice between the text and graphic modes or between one-sided and duplex printing. In combination with function of the model and support of big range of materials it will allow the companies to create brochures, posters and other difficult documents, without addressing external contractors. The productive Xerox WorkCentre 5022/5024 multi-function printer is capable to replace several large-size printers, scanners and copiers, increasing efficiency of printing infrastructure. Xerox WorkCentre 3655

On October 28, 2014 the Xerox company announces the productive monochrome MFP of A4 Xerox WorkCentre 3655 format working at the Xerox ConnectKey platform. Having the improved functionality, excellent technical characteristics and low cost of a print, innovation allows to optimize workflows, to simplify the solution of routine tasks and to reduce costs.

Xerox WorkCentre 3655 prints with a speed up to 45 pages per minute, displaying the first print in only 8 seconds. Trays of the device contain up to 2,350 sheets (in the maximum complete set of the MFP) that prevents idle times and reduces time expenditure by paper additional load. At the same time the high clock rate of the processor (1 GHz), the hard drive of 250 GB and RAM on 2 GB provide fast processing of difficult tasks, and the maximum monthly load in 150,000 sheets allows the device to cope with an intensive flow of works. According to tasks of the Xerox WorkCentre 3655 organization it can be equipped additional with the module Wi-fi.

The new MFP works based on the patented Xerox ConnectKey platform which allows to optimize costs and to increase efficiency and simplicity of work during the scanning, printing and exchange of documents. Xerox ConnectKey™ not only unifies work with the office equipment, but also supports a wide range of channels of communication. So, using function of scanning to one contact the user can automatically send files to e-mail, to "cloud" or storage of documents, and enhanced capabilities of printing allow to send quickly a task for the MFP from the desktop computer, a portable device, the USB drive or a cloud service.

The built-in solutions AirPrint and Xerox PrintBack Apple and also optionally the available Xerox Mobile Print application are responsible for mobile printing in Xerox WorkCentre 3655. At the same time complex pro-active data protection and full integration of the MFP into corporate security policies are provided by the McAfee Embedded Control, McAfee Integrity Control and Cisco TrustSec systems. And thanks to the integrated EIP Xerox platform (Extensible Interface Platform) users will be able to configure devices according to the tasks without application of additional technological solutions or the appeal to IT service.

Among additional opportunities there is a MFP:

• simple management of printing – the uniform Xerox Global Print Driver driver allows IT service to set and update structures of Xerox and other producers and also to manage remotely them in all under control networks using the single interface;
