In United Metallurgical Company a system for Creatio customer relationship management is implemented (before bpm’online). Consulting services within transition to the platform were rendered by the Russian company "NORBIT" entering into Lanit group. On a response of the customer, the CRM system allowed to automate the most part of the processes connected with sales of products of OMK, reported on December 19, 2019 in NORBIT.
A system is completely integrated with Enterprise resource planning, e-mail, telephony, mobile application and many other things includes.
The CRM system will increase transparency and efficiency of interaction with our clients. Speed of response to market requests will grow, the service level of clients will raise. All this will allow to satisfy most fully the needs for pipe products of the Russian companies of the fuel and energy, transport, construction industries, and partners for foreign countries, – the head of sales of OMK Vadim Sakharnyuk commented on implementation of the CRM system. |
