The Politsvet printing house installed the digital Konica Minolta AccurioPress C6100 printing machine

On December 19, 2019 the Konica Minolta company announced that the park of a printing equipment of Politsvet printing house (Samara) was replenished with the AccurioPress C6100 CFM  of production of Konica Minolta. The machine is purchased directly at the Russian representative office of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Russia which will provide its service maintenance and delivery of supplies and spare parts.

Politsvet was founded in 2011 and today is engaged in production of advertizing and representative, multipage, large-format and some other printed materials. From the moment of the basis the printing house worked on offset machines of B3 format, but in 2019 the owner of the company Dmitry Tkachenko made the decision to take them out of service and to switch completely to digital printing.

The market of an offset printing in Samara stagnates. Average circulation seldom exceeds 1000–1500 copies, and customers, in addition to quality, demand the maximum efficiency. Besides operation of our old offset machines strongly depended on skill of the printer and his desire to cooperate with us. Therefore we carefully analyzed an order portfolio, financial aspects, perspectives, and made the decision to close the direction of an offset printing and to switch completely to digit. AccurioPress C6100 is flagman model in a line of the digital printing machines of Konica Minolta intended for commercial printing houses. This model is expected operational printing of average and big circulations with steadily high quality which is as close as possible to offset. At the same time the machine has low cost value of printing and also a high time between failures that allows to use it for 24/7 work at peak loads. AccurioPress C6100 can print with a density of 52-400 g/m2 on a broad spectrum of materials (normal and designer papers, self-adhesive materials, 'synthetics', envelopes). The maximum format of material – 330х1300 mm at manual giving and 330х762 mm at automatic feeding from the cartridge with a possibility of automatic duplex. Maximum speed of printing reaches 100 A4/min. and does not depend on material density.

The complete set of the machine installed in Politsveta includes also intelligent module of quality control IQ-501 which, in addition, automatically checks and supports stable in printing process color reproduction, register mark accuracy, combination person/turnover and some other parameters. As a result use of such module almost completely excludes influence of a human factor on quality of finished goods.

This model very effectively replaces low-format offset. In terms of economy it is profitable to us to print on it usual circulations in 1000–1500 of A3 or is slightly higher. Printing quality is high, it rolls out dies very well. High performance. Plus the high maximum density of paper allows us to offer clients as much as possible a wide range of products.
