Creation of a corporate prototype "The program of short-term stimulation" on the basis of the developed McKinsey & Company for TNK-BP of the concept of motivation of employees. The business process automation according to a corporate prototype providing the maximum flexibility and simplicity of the solution for users.

Functional volume

  • Management of remunerations (ECM),
  • Setting and assessment are more whole (SAP Performance Management),
  • Corporate analytics and reporting (BI),
  • Services of self-service (ESS/MSS).

Specifics of the project

  • Maintaining production contracts of divisions of different level (Company, business direction, business function, department, management)
  • For production contracts of the top level (The company, business functions, the business directions) key performance indicators are conducted
  • For different employee groups the structure of final point of efficiency is provided (different distribution of specific weight for estimates of production contracts of different level)
  • Separate maintaining and approval of the document of assessment of a personal deposit of employees (with participation of line and higher managers)
  • Possibility of maintaining individual production contracts, production contracts of sector groups
  • Two candidate solutions are implemented: using services of self-service, process is completely performed by the Administrator of process of assessment
  • Process of assessment of a personal deposit of the employee is implemented using services of self-service and supports bilingual interfaces (the Russian and English languages)
  • Yearly settlement of remunerations based on assessment of a personal deposit of the employee and taking into account results of activity of department and the block in which there is an employee
  • Analytics by estimates for heads and administrators.
