Orange Business Services unrolled smart office for Linde

2019: Beginning of solution deployment of Smart Office

On December 20, 2019 the international service -provider Orange Business Services announced the beginning of solution deployment of Smart Office at head office of the company Linde Engineering in Russia. Digitalization of a part of workflows will increase employee performance and will help to create the most comfortable conditions at office. So, for example, the solution Orange allows to direct quickly notifications in IT- department, administrative department, services of a cleaning and a catering or other departments of the company through placed in key points tablet of office PC and QR codes.

The Orange command installed at office Linde Engineering in the center of Samara all necessary equipment for jobs provided the territory with the Internet and telephony and also implemented own developments for smart office. Smart Office is the platform created by Orange with the intuitive user interface.

We prepared for moving to the opened office in the historical building in the downtown long ago and looked forward to all innovations. Specialists from Orange organized forward translation of an action using Cisco Webex for our colleagues who could not arrive to a grand opening of office – so everyone could feel the participation regardless of a geographical location, and smart solutions of Orange allow us to manage more effectively workflows and by that to save time of employees who can focus completely on the direct tasks, tells Alexey Shmakov Head of IT & Facility management Linde Engineering Rus

Within deployment of the Orange platform also installed tablet PCs in zones with coffee machines – so employees can notify customer services on the shortage of coffee, problems with the equipment and other incidents. The implemented solutions allow business to optimize workflows at office: analyze, in time to detect and fix problems with the equipment, control cleaning service and other departments.

We are glad that Linde Engineering selected our solution for digitalization of the office. In the near future we will implement the smart system of instructing in the HSE standard in office of the company, we will place additional tablet PCs in points of presence of employees and additional screens for broadcasting of corporate rollers, comments David Halden, the commercial director of Orange Business Services in Russia and the CIS
