2019: Announcement of the universal station of slow charging
On December 20, 2019 the Radio-electronic Technologies company provided the universal station of slow charging for scooters, monowheels, segways and electric vehicles. The device which received the name "IEZS-SKT" can be built in support of lighting, a bench and other street furniture. Access to the device will be provided through mobile application.
According to the company, the IEZS-SKT station is suitable for any types of the electric transport supporting the Mode 2 mode – slow charging with short circuit protection and overheating of a cable. For a charge of the electric vehicle it will be required from five to eight hours. Other transport is loaded from 30 to 45 minutes – depending on device type.
The device is equipped with reliable anti-vandal protection and is capable to work at temperatures from -30 °C to +40 °C. Access to connectors of the station is possible only after user identification in mobile application. Through it it is possible to make payment and to control process of charging.
The eco-friendly and "smart" cities of the future are, first of all, electric transport and the developed infrastructure which does not force the owner to puzzle, where to be loaded whether there will be enough accumulator to a charging station, etc. |
The Modern Conversion Technologies company (KRET) acts as the IEZS-SKT developer. FORA-DC charging sets are installed and are actively used by owners of electric vehicles on International, Kashirsky and Novorizhskoye Highway and also in Klin.
