The main objectives solved during the project are: the organization of accounting of documents, work with corporate prototypes of documents, creation of instructions and control of performing discipline, the reporting, preparation and approval of documents, the organization of uniform storage of documentation on quality management and the specifications and technical documentation, the organization of a contract work, integration with 1C (transfer of handbook data and information on agreements). The cumulative number of users of Docsvision - 150 people.

Within the project problems are solved: - office-work: organization of accounting of documents, work with corporate prototypes of documents, categorization, delivery of documents for consideration/execution/acquaintance, KID, preparation and approval of documents, reporting, search, archive storage, organization of uniform storage of documentation on SMK and specifications and technical documentation (specifications and technical documentation), maintaining statistics of notes on partners; - process management: the organization of a contracted work, the notification mechanism about the execution expiration, processing of requests/supply requisitions from partners, integration about 1C: Enterprise 8.0 (directory synchronization, data transmission about agreements). To processing 7-10 thousand are planned documents/year. In the long term – integration with MS MOSS using the gateway DocsVision. Version: 4.0 Number of users: 36 people, at the same time 25.
