Born on December 7, 1982 in the city of Kuibyshev, Kuibyshev region (since 1991 - Samara, Samara region).

From 2006 to 2016, he worked in various positions in the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia in areas of activity affecting the development and implementation of state programs, strategic planning, project management, the creation and development of departmental information resources.

2016: Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of Russia

Since September 2016, he worked at the Ministry of Communications of Russia as Deputy Director of the Department for the Development of High Technologies, in February 2019 he was appointed Director of the Department for the Development of the IT Industry.
