2019: Improvement of a system of informing clients
On December 27, 2019 the GlowByte Consulting company reported that together with Tricolour and completed the project on improvement of a system of informing clients of the operator. Now each user Trikolora timely receives the mailing suitable him.
This system of informing built by GlowByte based on products of client analytics of SAS helps Tricolour to create and send to clients offers, relevant for them, reminders and information messages. The number of appeals of users to call center of the operator concerning irrelevant informing decreased on average by 50%.
A system allows to create and send quickly personalized messages of two types:
- service informing (recovery of the password from a personal account, etc.);
- bulk mailings with a reminder on need of payment of prolongation of services (approaches. for example, for a customer group at which validity period of a subscription to a packet of TV channels comes to an end).
From the beginning of preparation before sending the message, on average, there pass 4 hours. A system analyzes last communications, and each offer considers the history of communication with the client.
Management of all target communications happens to the client in one interface. Flexible templates allow to configure quickly and conveniently communications and scenarios of interaction. During informing each action is fixed in uniform space of a system that allows call center specialists of Tricolour to receive the necessary reporting quickly.
For December, 2019 a system works at all territory of Russia and sends to clients of mailing taking into account their time zones. In the future Tricolour and GlowByte are also going to develop the project based on solutions of SAS, expanding communication channels available to a system and configuring other mechanics of informing clients.
