2019: Training of project specialists
On December 31, 2019, Project Practice announced that ER-Telecom (brand Дом.ru) has been cooperating with the Project Practice Training Center for more than 3 years in terms of training project specialists. During this time, more than 500 people were trained and more than 20 times representatives of the Project Practice visited Perm, Ryazan, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg.
The last visit to Perm became special, because it was not directly related to training. From December 16 to 18, the business coach of the Project PRACTICE training center Denis Kovtunenko held a strategic session for colleagues on the current project program "Transformation of key business processes for servicing the holding's customers."
For three days, the program team worked out the interaction between projects on key issues, including: improving joint scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, communications management.
During the three days of the session, 12 different business games and activities were held. Participants argued, reasoned, agreed, "pumped over" each other, developed the common strategic positions, gaining powerful synergetic effect.
The transformation program is of strategic importance for ER-Telecom. And classes, 100% oriented to practice, made it possible to get the maximum effect from the session.
