Far Eastern Generating Company completed system implementation of electronic document management

In Far Eastern Generating Company (FEGC) the implementation project of an electronic document management system of LanDocs is complete. The project was executed by the Novosibirsk group "Sibproyekt".

Within the project problems of accounting using the system of the entering, outgoing, internal documents of the company are solved; the organizations of uniform storage of documents with the systematized access; approvals of documents of a possibility of obtaining reports on an order of passing of approvals; organizations of control of performance of a document; organizations of collective work with electronic documents; information security supports.

A system is brought into commercial operation. Now in an electronic document management system about 100 employees work.

In a project deliverable time of approval of documents was reduced, the performing discipline increased, time of obtaining operational information was reduced.

In plans of the company – increase in number of the automated jobs for expansion of a scope of an electronic document management system.
