Turbo maintenance - information system for equipment repair management.

2022: Advanced geolocation, mapping of objects to map data

On February 24, 2022, Lanit announced that Sciener, part of the Consist Business Group (part of the Lanit Group), is expanding the set of offers on the Turbo platform for production and capital-intensive industries. Additional capabilities have emerged in equipment repair management, mobile crawler use, and in-house inventory management.

One of the areas of specialization of Sciener is the creation information asset management systems of enterprises (,). Enterprise Asset Management EAM This category also includes management (maintenance and repair of equipment maintenance,). TOiR Sciener helps customers both build methodologies Asset Management and equipment, and implement or upgrade existing methodologies on products and Turbo SAP Maintenance.

In 2021, Sciener expanded the functional framework of Turbo Maintenance to adapt the solution to the management of linear structures of objects - pipelines, power lines, etc. This will increase the efficiency of working with facilities of this type in energy, transport and operational service organizations, as it will make it possible to predict, plan and record the technical condition, work and resources for servicing specific areas.

In Turbo Maintenance, the possibilities of geolocation and binding of objects to cartographic data have also been significantly expanded. This function is necessary to more clearly record the state of not only linear, but also area facilities and will be especially interesting for agricultural enterprises and companies with geographically distributed assets.

Another solution aimed at improving the efficiency of equipment monitoring and maintenance is the "Turbo Maintenance Mobile Bypass," built on the Turbo mobile solution. This is an application for field engineers that works on any mobile device running Android and allows you to perform the entire range of tasks on the go. The service engineer manages the list of tasks, receives information about the objects to be monitored, prevented or repaired, records changes in the state and performs the necessary tasks as part of maintenance or repair.

Sciener also expanded the address storage functionality of Turbo applications. Address storage functionality is created on the Turbo X platform, the large functionality of which opens up opportunities to adapt and apply these developments for a wide range of tasks in WMS category solutions.
