2024: Boxed Version Presentation

The developer of the TURBO software platform, Consyst Business Group (part of the LANIT group), announced the release of a boxed version of the TURBO maintenance system for automating the processes of maintenance and repair of equipment (MR). LANIT announced this on May 15, 2024. Domestic development ready for operation allows minimizing costs and time for implementation. The software has a predefined set of reports and scenarios for a quick start.

The boxed version of TURBO maintenance, included in the register of Russian programs, provides automation of the enterprise's asset management processes for a fixed period. The solution has great functionality: from certification and maintenance of maintenance procedures to accounting for repair costs and assessing the condition of equipment.

The boxed delivery of TURBO maintenance includes an integration package with an accounting or ERP system, a mobile application on Android and a set of pre-configured reports. The developer also provides access to online training courses that will help you get acquainted with the product in detail and quickly start using it.

The implementation of the release takes 2 months and includes the deployment and configuration, as well as the preparation of the customer team for the use of the software. Upon completion of the project, the enterprise will operate an information system with an up-to-date database. This will make it possible to plan maintenance and repair activities and monitor the technical condition of the equipment (record defects, start-ups/shutdowns, information on operating time and parameters). The boxed version includes the functionality of mobile rounds and accounting for the actual resources spent on repairs.

2022: Advanced geolocation, object mapping

On February 24, 2022, Lanit announced that Sciener, a member of Consyst Business Group (part of the Lanit group), is expanding a set of offers on the Turbo platform for industries and capital-intensive industries. Additional opportunities have appeared in the management of equipment repairs, the use of a mobile crawler and in-house inventory management.

This function is necessary to more clearly record the state of not only linear, but also areal objects and will be especially interesting for agricultural enterprises and companies with geographically distributed assets.

Another solution aimed at improving the efficiency of monitoring and maintenance of equipment is the Mobile Turbo Maintenance Crawler, built on the Turbo mobile solution. This is an application for field engineers that operates on any mobile device running Android and allows you to perform the entire range of tasks on the road. The service engineer manages the list of tasks, receives information about the objects to be monitored, prevented or repaired, records changes in the state and performs the necessary tasks as part of maintenance or repair.

Sciener also expanded the functionality of targeted inventory storage in Turbo application solutions. Address storage functionality is created on the Turbo X platform, the large functionality of which opens up opportunities for adapting and applying these developments for a wide range of tasks in WMS solutions.

Adding the ability to schedule repairs based on different scenarios

The developer of TURBO Dolgoprudnensky Research Center (part of the Consyst Business Group, LANIT Group of Companies) has updated the line of business applications. An updated version and Turbo maintenance became available to users.
