2019: Implementing solution TopLog WMS

On January 15, 2020 the TopLog company announced solution deployment of TopLog WMS in 20 warehouses of the international company "AGRO-CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES" (nuclear heating plant).

In September, 2019 the solution TopLog WMS in three months was integrated in the warehouse of 6,650 sq.m from 30,000 nomenclature names located in the item. Red Rostov region. In November at the station Pavlovskaya in Krasnodar Krai the warehouse of 1,026 sq.m from 2,000 SKU was automated. In January, 2020 replication of the WMS system in a warehouse of 4,000 sq.m with the range of 1,050 SKU in Krasnodar is complete. Warehouses of the customer are equipped with console racks, in work employees use electric pilers, including 6 meter Yungkhaynrikh, and fork loaders. The territory of each warehouse is separated into the covered and street platforms, a zone of a spill of oil and frames for storage of buses.

To system implementation of management of the warehouse TopLog WMS specialists of nuclear heating plant kept account in "1C: Trade Management" and "1C: Enterprise management" which fully did not ensure the necessary quality level functioning of all network. Business operations in warehouses were insufficiently transparent for the management, there were difficulties in processes of optimization of activity of personnel – excess run at assembly of orders, difficulties with quick search of goods. As a result there was a question of need of implementation of the modern WMS solution which will allow to increase quality of work of warehouse network of nuclear heating plant company.

The TopLog WMS system selected by the guide of the customer provided accomplishment all necessary for effective management of a warehouse of tasks:

• warehouse business processes are automated;
• work of warehouse personnel is standardized;
• capacity of warehouses is increased;
• the time and financial resources spent in work are reduced;
• speed of accomplishment by employees of the duties increased;
• qualitative indexes of work improved;
• a system functions 24/7.

Possibilities of TopLog WMS allowed to automate all warehouse business processes. During acceptance receipt of products from production, from suppliers, movement between warehouses, return of goods is considered. A system quickly manages all internal transactions: a different type movements of products, inventories, assembly and dismantling of sets and also placement, selection, packaging, consolidation of loads and shipment of the completed orders to clients.

During automation of warehouses of nuclear heating plant all features of accounting of goods which needs to be performed in several units of measure (pieces, liters, feet or meters) were taken into account. In commodity groups "oil" and "buses" accounting by batches and expiration dates was added. At test and industrial starts the warehouse topology is optimized, all range is separated into several accounting groups that allowed to standardize and simplify process of accounting. For increase in control accuracy trade inventories introduce the system of barcoding for batches.

As a result of TopLog WMS implementation:

• run of employees at selection and placement were reduced;
• all warehouse business processes became transparent;
• there was an opportunity to execute inventory in the different modes using data collection terminals;
• at employees the intensity of loading during the day was aligned;
• the management of a warehouse was provided with flexible tools for operating control of work of a warehouse and tracking of efficiency of each division in general and the employee in particular.

In 2020 it is going to implement the TopLog WMS system in 19 warehouses of AGRO-CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGIES company located across all Russia and 1 warehouse in Belarus.
