Was born on May 10, 1961 in the Kalinin region (since 1990 - the Tver region).

1980: Joint hospital of publishing house of the Pravda newspaper

After the termination of medical school from 1980 to 1988 Moscow worked as the nurse of surgical department of the Joint hospital of publishing house of the Pravda newspaper.

1988: MOLGMI

In 1988 graduated from the Second from the Moscow state medical institute of the Order of Lenin of N.I. Pirogov (since 2010 - RNIMU of N.I. Pirogov (The Russian national research medical university)) in "Medical case".

Russian Ministry of Health

After the termination of institute worked in the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, combining work with scientific and pedagogical activity.

MONICA of M.F. Vladimirsky

Worked as the chief researcher of department of problems of health of the population and regional programs of health care of the Moscow regional research clinical institute of M.F. Vladimirsky, combining with pedagogical activity at a position of professor of department of the organization of health care and a public health.

2014: Return to the Russian Ministry of Health

By the order of the Minister health care RUSSIAN FEDERATION in January, 2014 it is appointed to a position of federal state civil service of the assistant to the federal minister.

For January, 2020 - the doctor of medical sciences in "A public health and health care".

For March, 2020 is not registered as the assistant to the federal minister on the official site of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
