2020: Agreement on development of digital technologies

In the Ulyanovsk region work on development of digital technologies will be continued. On January 16, 2020 the SKB Kontur company reported about it.

The relevant agreement was signed by the Governor of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Morozov and the CEO of SKB Kontur Evgeny Filatov.

As the Head of the region noted this agreement on cooperation with SKB Kontur assumes implementation and effective use of information, communication technologies, including electronic document management using the electronic signature in activity of public authorities, non-profit organizations and business.

We need the best practices in the activity. We actively are engaged in reformatting of economic policy, formation of Command center by the region therefore performance of the agreement will stand on special control, noted Sergey Morozov

Joint work, first of all, will allow to simplify work with documents, their processing and storage. Already for the beginning of January, 2020 5 pilot projects on electronic document management in the Ulyanovsk, Tsilninsky, Kuzovatovsky, Old Main and Cherdaklinsky districts are tested. Scaling of the project on all municipal districts of the Ulyanovsk region will become a result of agreement signature.

Our company holds a large number of events in different regions of Russia, we have something to compare to. We see that the Ulyanovsk region among leaders in digital development. Our cooperation is the beginning of a big way. Based on the agreement we develop the joint road map where projects on implementation of digital solutions will enter region economy, projects on the academic partnership with regional educational institutions and also we consider the possibility on further localization of our divisions in the territory of the Ulyanovsk region. It is sure that our agreement will be the beginning of big joint projects and dialog, interesting to both parties, told the CEO of SKB Kontur Evgeny Filatov

Also within joint work it is going to create the state and municipal information systems and to prepare the necessary profile personnel.
