ERP system of Tatnefteprodukt integrated 22 companies

The Tatnefteproduct holding completed automation of key management processes at all enterprises based on KAS "Business Lux — Oil Products" and the Directum ECM system. Now in a single system about 300 employees of holding work.

The project of automation started a few years ago with design of future system. Having developed and having approved the project, the staff of department of an ACS of HK "Tatnefteproduct" started step-by-step implementing solution in Management of holding and its divisions.

The project was executed without involvement of consultants of vendor of NPO Kompyyuter group that allowed to create the single system which covered Management personnel, 15 remote branches and six subsidiary companies of holding at the minimum finance costs.

Within the project the following business processes are automated: management of material resources, accounting, management of agreement settlements, property management. Integration of a new solution with the managing system of gas station of holding is implemented that allowed to obtain data on replaceable reports in the automatic mode.

During system implementation of electronic document management of Directum the uniform electronic archive of documents which accelerated and simplified work with documentation for all, especially for remote workers of holding was created. Issue of tasks to employees is automated that significantly increased performing discipline and transparency of work of the enterprise. Remote divisions work in a common information space through terminal access.

Further expansion of functionality of systems for automation of budget management and management of finance and also implementation of the electronic digital signature and the maximum failure from paper documents is planned.
