KAS "Business Lux — Oil Products" is intended for averages and the large geographically distributed organizations of filial or holding structure which are engaged in storage, transfer and trade in all types of oil products. A system allows to automate operational management of oil products of the movement, financial and material resources of the enterprise, managerial and accounting, considering the following features of the enterprises of oil products supply:

• existence of head office (Management) and several oil depots and network of gas station, geographically distributed borders of some region;
• the centralized purchase of large volumes of the oil products arriving or separately on each oil depot, or on one of them (transshipment) and which from there are distributed on other oil depots;

centralization of settlings with buyers at a holiday from different oil depots and gas station;

• complexity of accounting of oil products (use of two units of measure: liters and kilograms; dependence of specific weight of oil product on temperature; calculation of regulations of natural losses depending on values of different indicators, etc.).

KAS "Business Lux — Oil Products" provides work automation as non-management employees in divisions of oil depots and Managements, and the leading management personnel. The mechanism of geographically distributed work (replication) which is available in KAS "Business Lux — Oil Products" allows to provide close interaction between remote divisions of the organization offline, not requiring fast communication lines. The replicaiton engine gives the chance to specialists of Management to have complete operational and reliable information about all economic transactions made in remote divisions, allows divisions to reduce the volume of the reports transferred To the control and their time for preparation as once the in-fed information can be analyzed by different employees in the necessary cuts (according to the set access rights). At the same time the general rules and methodology of accounting it is developed on a centralized basis in Management, and oil depots build the accounting according to the policy of Management (parent organization of holding).

KAS "Business Lux — Oil Products" is configured on any business scenarios, is not tied to specific structure of the enterprise and does not depend on the accepted rules for apportionment of managerial functions (the centralized and decentralized accounting of settlings with buyers, implementation of oil products on oil depot both under the agreements, and under agreements of Management or other oil depot, etc.).
