Partners of Magnet will be able to fill a form with details and conditions, to create protocols of disagreements, to sign the agreement and applications and also to transfer documents to network through the platform of electronic document management CorePlat. It became known on January 18, 2020.
The developer of the Edisoft platform was among operators of e-document flow who took part in the project of Magnet. On the basis of the requirements and specifications prepared by the retailer the corresponding functionality of CorePlat was finished.
For January, 2020 at network about 5 thousand partners, more than a half of whom work in Russian regions. The standard agreement of delivery consists of 14 pages and 13 more applications. Reconciliation of such data array took 40 minutes earlier and an hour more left on registration of the agreement in the accounting systems. Transfer of paper analogs took about 10 days. Besides, the retailer was forced to store all paper documents within 10 years in archive.
Innovations will allow Magnet to reduce time and material costs. The network easily checks on the party conditions and the protocol of disagreements entered by the partner. When agreements are reached, there is an agreement signature. According to the plan of the retailer, in the next ten years it will turn out to save more than 1 million standard sheets.
