The biometric system of face recognition earned from an input to the building of akimat of the Karaganda region. On January 28, 2020 reported about it to CST.

the Input in akimat is equipped with the system of face recognition using artificial intelligence and computer vision. A biometric system was integrated with an access control system that allowed to raise considerably the security level,

In the project the system of face recognition Vizier from CST group is used.

"Vizier" performs detecting and identification of the visitors passing through a tourniquet. When the person comes into the view of the camera, a biometric system makes a cycle of mathematical processings during which of a video flow the image is taken, then is coded in the biometric template containing unique characteristics of the person. Then this template is verified with base of persons, access to which is resolved, and at compliance the tourniquet opens. So access is provided to strictly certain audience. In attempt of pass of strangers the tourniquet is blocked, and the security service specialist receives the corresponding signal. Thanks to modern algorithms and close integration of group of CST with leading manufacturers of the ACS, all processes occupy milliseconds, do not make negative impact on capacity of a tourniquet, provide convenient and fast pass that is crucially important for modern strategic objects.

B group to work of security services on the increasing role modern technologies play, including — biometrics, more and more scenarios using computer vision, and improvement of the ACS the modern system of face recognition — one of trends appear. Our solutions based on face recognition already proved the efficiency on objects of sport, transport, "The safe cities". The project implemented in akimat of the Karaganda region — one of the first in Karaganda and we are glad to be a part of this sign process. The project can be scaled and will allow to adopt the best solutions in the field of artificial intelligence and computer vision not only on strategic objects, but also in the whole industries of Karaganda and Kazakhstan in general,
