Croc created Wi-Fi-infrastructure for the Memorial estate "Arkhangelsk"

2019: Creation of Wi-Fi-infrastructure

On January 30, 2020 the Croc reported that it created Wi-Fi-infrastructure for the Memorial estate "Arkhangelsk". Now his visitors will be able easily to be guided in the large palace and park territory, quickly to find monuments of architecture and a sculpture and also to share a photo and video on social networks. During holidays and festivals in Arkhangelsky about 100 thousand users can be connected to Wi-Fi-network of the museum at the same time.

For convenience of visitors of CROC created Wi-fi network with a steady covering in the park of the Memorial estate. According to the results of the first stage of the project it is possible to be connected to the free Internet on the main Imperatorskaya Avenue of the park territory of the museum – Bykova to a grove. Daley Wi-Fi will appear on all open zones of a museum complex.

Access points of Wi-fi are located on columns of street lighting in the territory of the estate. At the same time the telecom equipment with the antennas which are built in its body does not break an esthetics of appearance of lamps. Before installation of access points Wi-Fi engineers of CROC carried out communications (optics, electricity) to lighting support. All works were performed according to the project which is earlier executed by CROC company and approved by Head department of cultural heritage of the Moscow region.

Authorization of users of Wi-fi happens on the special portal. The user specifies number of the phone and in several seconds receives a call. In the field of an activation code it is necessary to enter the last four digits of the entering number.

We are sure that Wi-Fi will help the memorial estate "Arkhangelsk" to become even more comfortable and modern cultural space, to increase loyalty of guests and to attract audience.
