In MDM-Fleks (Ufa) successfully earned label the Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230 CFM . On January 30, 2020 Konica Minolta Business Solutions Russia reported about it.

As well as other producers of the label, we felt increase in demand for small circulations therefore at some point decided to add the park of the traditional equipment with the digital printing machine. Requests were sent eight suppliers, from them answered three, and as a result we decided to look at HP solutions of Indigo and Mark Andy. Refused the first because of high price, and instead of Mark Andy began to study Konica Minolta – as it became clear, Americans release the machines AccurioLabel under the trademark within the OEM-agreement, and we wanted to receive a product from the producer especially as by the number of installations in Russia Konica Minolta dry wins against Mark Andy, tells the chief executive of MDM-Fleks printing house Alexander Anfimov

Before the AccurioLabel installation the park of the equipment of MDM-Fleks included two uzkorulonny fleksomashina of Nilpiter, the pattern equipment and also different solutions for postprinting processing and finishing.

AccurioLabel 230 prints on rolled materials up to 330 mm wide and with a density of 81-256 g/m2. The maximum print area – 1195х320 mm. A print speed – up to 23.4 m/min depending on the sealed material. Praymirovaniye of material before printing is not required.

The machine is equipped with the sensor of the second run which allows to work with previously sealed roll, the system of cleaning of a cloth, the built-in spectrophotometer, disk knives for longitudinal cutting of a cloth and 'the vacuum cleaner.

The installed digital machine in MDM-Fleks is used for release of the self-adhesive label for the most different products (food, alcoholic beverages, nonfoods, etc.) by circulations approximately up to 1000 sq.m. However, depending on an order type, terms and existence of personalisation circulation can be above, and much more. Best of all, according to Alexander, the machine copes with paper and polypropylene carriers. More difficult with polyethylene which is sensitive to heating in 'oven' – such materials in MDM-Fleks did not test yet.

The first months we, generally tested the machine, studied its opportunities and restrictions within the existing production, and we only begin to sell actively and purposefully services in operational and limited printing of the label. Subjectively we have a feeling that the share of small circulations grows, but for receiving objective digits it is necessary to work some time in the normal mode.
