The leading agricultural enterprise of Siberia and the Far East JSC Belorechenskoye completed the next stage of system implementation the Galaktika ERP. At the enterprise are put into trial operation of function of a system for control of transport. SHOAO Belorechensk is the leading agricultural enterprise of Siberia, the Far East, the city-forming enterprise of the Usolye and Cheremkhovo districts, one of the most effective enterprises agrarian and industrial complex of Russia. The main specialization of the enterprise – production of eggs and fowl. More than 50 structural divisions are a part of the enterprise. The number of employees – more than 3 thousand human.
Specificity and a variety of work types of transport division, conducting repair of equipment by own forces, different schemes of compensation of employees, – all this affected complexity of the tasks which are carried out within this stage.
As a result of use of a system for control of transport the enterprise has an opportunity to analyze efficiency of use of the equipment in all directions, to reveal reserves of cost reduction, etc. The project is executed by the partner of Galaktika corporation – Galaktika Angara LLC.
JSC Belorechenskoye already productively uses the Galaktika ERP system for the solution of other tasks: logistics managements, sale, production supplies, production, agreements, personnel management, payroll, accounting.
Automation of SHOAO Belorechensk is carried out within the comprehensive program of perspective development for the purpose of creation of a common information space of the enterprise.
At the first stage of the project tasks of automation of accounting and personnel management were carried out. The enterprise passed to the automated accounting of personal records of employees, accounting and planning of working time in interaction with the staff list. As a result significantly the quality of accounting of personnel, terms and preparation of reports for heads increased. Functions of the Galaktika ERP system for payroll were implemented that allowed to reduce payroll calculation terms by 3 days.
Within the next stage of the project problems of fixed asset accounting and intangible assets, cash and financial transactions, purchase managements, by agreements, an inventory control, accounting of material values and MBP, settlings with suppliers were solved. Today there is a development and implementation of functions of the Galaktika ERP system for conducting currency transactions, analytical accounting on the credits and deposits.
Control automation by sales of the enterprise allowed to create the reasonable marketing policy of the enterprise. Formation of price lists, delivery notes on shipment of products excluded a possibility of shipment of goods and products at any prices. Using a system monitoring of a remaining balance of products in warehouses in real time is conducted.
In total about 100 users work with the Galaktika ERP system in JSC Belorechenskoye. An obvious project deliverable on system implementation - ample opportunities for a polutscheniye of operational information and the analysis of business activities of the enterprise that allows heads to make effective management decisions.
The automated calculation of charges, deduction and taxes on wage fund allows to avoid errors in reports. The interrelation and mutually control between services of the enterprise excludes distortion in information. Timely display of operations on fixed asset movement allows the management of the enterprise to make economically justified decisions on use of this asset. Using a system warehouse transactions are made out, purchase planning, control of deliveries and shipments of products, monitoring of warehouse stocks is conducted.
In the long term the agricultural enterprise "Belorechenskoye" plans the solution means of the Galaktika ERP system of tasks of control of agricultural machinery, retail, production managements.
2014: Project Development
On June 26, 2014 it became known of continuation of the project and expansion of the solution Galaktika ERP to divisions of Belorechenskoye company.
In 2011 the company started deployment of "Galaktika ERP" in all warehouses, and in 2012 shipment to clients using the module "Sales management" began, it is strict under agreements at the current prices of the enterprise (using the modules "Contract Management" and "Inventory control").
Integration with GPS- a system is carried out to the period from 2012 to 2013 "Navigator" that helps to control work of motor transport, in particular - the beginning and the termination of working time, a route trajectory, actually passable distance, the actual consumption of fuel and lubricants. Result - reducing costs of value up to 15%.
Then, from 2012 to 2013 integration into the automation system of an inventory control, with technology of barcoding "S-market" is executed. The effect of implementation of this technology in a warehouse of shipment of workshop for processing of meat, according to the enterprise, consists in considerable reduction of load time of machines, receiving additional revenue of 60-80 thousand rub/month at the expense of more exact (to one gram) accounting of mass of sausage products.
Important step - integration into the solution of 1C. Retail retail network of Belorechensky - 57 brand stores and outlets where all jobs of cashiers are equipped with POS systems, they are connected to "1C: Enterprise. Retail".
In 2014 works on system implementation of automation of work with clients of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its integration into "Galaktika ERP" are conducted.
