Thanks to laboratory automation, the influence of the human factor in sampling and calculations was reduced, which in general increased the quality and efficiency of laboratory tests, a single source of quality data was created, almost instant transfer of this data to manufacturers was established, internal document flow was digitized and seamless integration with an external laboratory at the level of methods was implemented. Within the framework of the "Metal Balance" block, a scheme of material flows and a model of metal processing processes were built, material and commodity balances were combined, the collection of qualitative and quantitative flows and the calculation of periodic balance sheets were automated, and the reporting forms were digitized. This allows you to quickly identify the locations of losses and errors in accounting, prevent unscheduled losses and reduce the gap between the material and commodity balances.

At the next stages of the project, it is planned to implement the functionality for scheduling and optimizing the production schedule and end-to-end accounting of electricity, as well as continue the development of a single digital platform. In the future, the platform and implemented application solutions for production management will be traced at the Dolinnoye facility.

As of February 28, 2020, preparatory work and testing of the application for the mobile version of the work system is underway using industrial tablets, which allow staff to be mobile and make changes to work assignments right at the workplace.

The introduction of the "Instructions" module for automated three-stage production control made it possible to form a single database on all inconsistencies with the rules of labor protection and industrial safety. Integration with the job generation module allows you to automatically include corrective actions in the work order to resolve problems in the next shift.

Transition to operation with EDS
