2020: Start of outsourcing call center
On February 4, 2020 the Tinkoff Business company reported that it expands an ecosystem of services for small and medium business and starts full-scale outsourcing call center. The outsourcing call center for business is created based on own Home cloud call center of Tinkoff (it in the company is called the largest in Europe). More than 1000 operators who underwent special training will be able to solve the problems of business of any scale connected with call-down of clients and processing of incoming calls in the territory of Russia and 24/7 Kazakhstan.
"Tinkoff" started bank call center for small and medium business and said that it made it the first among the Russian banks.
According to the company, operators of outsourcing call center of Tinkoff will be able:
